Do I have to pay to take the assessment?

No. The readiness assessment and the Interview Builder are free to run. You create an account to see and keep your results, and subscribe to unlock the full guidance behind them.

What happens after six months?

Access simply ends. There is no automatic renewal and no card kept on file. If you are still searching, you can buy another six months.

What if I pick the wrong plan?

Get in touch and we will move you. The plans are audiences, not upgrades — there is nothing to gain by buying a more expensive one.

Why pay when the information may be on the internet?

Take the free assessment first — the questions themselves will show you the topics you would need to research. Interview Ready is 20+ years of insight from training employers on how to hire, tested and used by leading global employers, and it took two years to build.

The cost is roughly one day’s wages. If it shortens your job search by a single day it has paid for itself. In the US, many job search expenses are tax-deductible — check with your accountant.

Is this coaching?

No. Interview Ready is a self-guided tool built from how structured interviews actually work. Nobody sits on the other end, which is why it is available at any hour and costs what it costs.
